30. Talk to a doctor/therapist about my anxiety

I went to the school counselor at Cornerstone yesterday, and will go nine more times to try to conquer this ridiculous anxiety. My first session went really well and I'm seeing the Cornerstone doctor on Tuesday to get prescribed some anxiety medication! Yes! My life is about to get a whole lot better . . .

Good for you for talking to someone about all of the anxiety! Are you thinking seriously about going on some kind of medication? That would scare me a little bit, but I dont really know anything about it. I hope that the counseling sessions really do help, you are lucky to have that available to you for free!

The name is a secret. I really liked how Gabe and Beka did it...they told the gender of the baby, but not the name. So, in the waiting room we were all awaiting the name. haha, not that you'll be in my waiting room...anyways, nevermind. I'll just tell you..haha, not like a lot of people will read my comment and know who I am anyways. Deborah Rebekah...Deborah (after Debbie Rogers, my bestfriend since 8th grade) Rebekah (is Beka...gabe's wife). shh, don't tell. :)

Yeah, the ripcord was rather scary, but I enjoy random things like that...aka...getting the crap scared out of me. :)

I hope you don't have to keep the name a secret to your grave...I do hope I have a kid in your lifetime. ;) I am not sure about keeping the sex of the first baby a secret - I think I'd have a hard time with that...who knows when the time comes. The name is great thing to keep a secret, because then everyone else is in great suspense...

Oh...baby story...I don't watch that anymore, I saw my nephew (first one) be born - I was asked to tape it. It was gross, but not gonna lie, one of the coolest things I have ever seen. This summer, while I was in Mexico, I saw a C section, so I got it all down. :) lol...I say natural is the way to go.
